Fonda Arts Center will |
melt away the winter blahs as the Fonda Arts Center presents its Music/Art Drop-in Sunday, the afternoon of March 14th from 2:00 till 4:00. This second Sunday features the music of singer/songwriter, Al Sroufe and Friends from Rolfe and the artistry of mother-daughter team, Sarah and Lisa Rasmussen of Goldfield. Sarah, a teenager with a passion for style, fashion and fun, makes her own original jewelry creations, “Love, Lou Lou”. Sarah’s mother, Lisa, well known for her efforts as president of the Humboldt Arts Council and heading up the Humboldt Art Festival, creates cards and soldered jewelry under the “Lofty Designs” name. Both will be demonstrating their art and have items to sell. Al is a favorite at the Fonda Arts Center, always bringing with him his ready smile and laid-back music style. Come & relax with us at the Fonda Arts Center on the northwest corner of Fourth & Main Streets in Fonda. As always, free admission, free refreshments!
