I've been a lifelong resident of Rolfe. I'm currently in the National Guard out of Storm Lake. I am also a member of our volunteer fire department and a driver for the ambulance service.
I ran for City Council because our community needs some younger people more involved so we can keep the town alive.

Lana and her Husband Mike, moved to Rolfe in September 2002 from the Kingsley area. They have 3 married sons and are proud grandparents to 6 grandchildren. I am a member o the Rolfe, Pocahontas and Humboldt Community Chorus's. I have a belief and strong committment to the Rolfe Community.

Hello
My name is Joe Ramaekers. My wife and I moved to Rolfe in 2010 and are proud to call it home. We have two daughters, our oldest lives in Colorado and our youngest lives in Cedar falls, Ia. I ran for city council and was elected in the 2011 election. I believe Rolfe has a lot to offer for a town of its size. One of my goals is to see that Rolfe gets more publicity, I believe we have a lot to offer the area with the golf course, swimming pool, ram events center and the rodeo. We also have the bike trail and our parks plenty of space for family reunions and other events. These are all great assets but our citizens are our greatest assets, with your help we can get the word out to surrounding communities of all that we have to offer.
